1. How can I place an order?
Browse our products, select the item you want, choose the quantity, and click "Add to Cart." Contact the producer through whatsapp and pay in-hand when you get the product.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we have no payment facility in our application. You can pay directly to the producer during collecting the product.
3. How can I track my order?
You can track your order from our track you order page by order number.
4. What is your return policy?
As most of the products are perishable goods or custom products, those may not be eligible for return. Buy some quantity first, taste them and purchase in bulk.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
We are expecting to receive the product from the producer's home at your convenient time.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel or make changes to your order within a limited time frame after it’s placed. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
7. Do you ship internationally?
No, this application is only for Meghalaya, India.
8. How do I apply a discount code to my order?
You can enter your discount code at checkout in the "Promo Code" field. Once applied, the discount will be reflected in your order total.

You can check it during purchsing and ask the producer to change.
